The Villa is located in a dominant and quiet position (500m a.s.l.) amidst vineyards and olive tree groves, near the main house. The Villa is part of a small farm with its own wine and olive oil production in the heart of the Chianti Classico. Views over the country side. Comfortable furnishings. Central heating. Access along 900m of unpaved, uphill road.
It is on two floors, on the ground floor there is living room with dining area, ancient fireplace, kitchen corner (oven, freezing compartment, iron and iron-board) with access to a covered terrace (10m²) with table and chairs. On the first floor (also with external access): double room, twin bedded room, bathroom with shower (window), passageway/hall with single bed.
The ancient village of Barbischio with restaurant 1km, Gaiole in Chianti with all kind of shops 3.5km, Radda in Chianti with tennis court 16km, Castellina in Chianti 26km, Siena 32km, San Gimignano 60km, Florence 65km, the Etruscan city of Volterra 77km, Pisa 132km, Rome 256km.
At guests' disposal: private, equipped and partly shaded lawn in front of the house. 70m away panoramic swimming pool (8m x 16m, depth 1.5m - 2.5m, open 15/06 - 15/09). The home owner can access the pool on Saturdays and Sundays. Parking on premises. Washing machine in the main
house (external access).

Supplementary charges payable on site
Final cleaning: Euro 12,00 per person - minimum Euro 50,00
Heating and Gas (01/11 - 30/04): according to consumption security deposit: Euro 100,00
In the period 26 June - 28 August 2010 we only accept weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period stays of 3 or more nights or 7 or more nights may also be booked, with the arrival on a day other than Saturday. Prices on request.
