The Villa is located in a peaceful and nice environment, with around spectacular panoramic areas such as Monnio Castello, Corsanico, Bargerchia, the Valichi del Quesa and the small islands of Massacciuccoli Lake. Not to miss some closely located pieces of art of hystorical importance, found often together with castels and romanic churches in the original state. It is also possible to taste typical dishes from the area accomapined with the famous wine from Tuscany in the variuos restaurants of the area. Well connected to the major cites such as Florence (100 km), Pisa (20 km), Siena (150 km), and San Giminignano (135 km).
The Villa, around 240 sq metres is on three levels: the ground floor with entrance/studio, a small bedroom, closet, laundry room, restroom with shower, living room with queen size couch/bed, kitchen with oven and dishes washing machine. On the first floor is located a bedroom, restroom with tub, big living room. On the second floor, with three areas in open space, are two single beds, a queen size bed, area with closets and a restroom with shower. The first and second floor are equipped with air conditionig. Around the house there is a large private garden (2000 sq metres) with a lovely swimming pool (6 mt x 12 mt) with jacuzzi, springboard and shower. Patio with cover.
