The Villa is located in an excellent position to reach some of the most important tourist destinations of Tuscany such as Siena, Pienza, the Abbey of Monte Oliveto and Montalcino.You can make long walking, cycling or fishing in the private lake of the House.
On the ground floor you enter directly into the living room with a typical Tuscan fireplace and a big table to 14 people. On the left, the living room leads into the enormous kitchen equipped with American fridge, deep fryers, grill and dishwasher. From the kitchen you can go out on the porch that is equipped with tables and chairs. On the right of living-room there is a room with sofas, one of which is a sofa bed,bathroom, one bedrooms with a big bed for two people, 1 double bedroom. Each bedroom has his private bathroom with shower. In the living room there are the stairs that leads to the first floor.
First floor: there are four double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower, there is also a small corner with living room and kitchen.
In total, there are 6 double rooms with bath and one room with a sofa bed (13/16 total beds).
The Pool is rectangular 16x8 mts, in a corner of the large pool there is a small square of 3x3 mts deep 0,40 m for children.
