The Villa is found in the green Tuscan hills, in a quite area, dipped in the nature, where we arrive through 1 km. of white road. The stone house is about 160 mq., restructured and furnished in Tuscan rustic style with pavements of mizzens and ceilings in beams and mizzens. Wide porch with view on the garden of about 1.000 sqm. and on swimming pools, one of 6x12 mts. with dive zone and the other with of 4x3 mts. with hydromassage.
On the ground floor we find a wide living-room with two sofas, a piano, a great fireplace, TV-Sat., DVD; a furnished kitchen with oven, dishwasher, freezer, espresso coffee maker, a bath with shower and zone laundry. At the first floor, with air conditioning, we find a great bath with bathtub, a bedroom with 1 big bed for 2 people and 1 single bed, and TV, DVD and safe deposit box, a double room with one glass door from which the valleys can be admired, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, TV, DVD and safe deposit box. From the living-room we can go out to the porch equipped of table and chairs.
In the garden we find a barbecue, a wide solarium with sunbeds and 2 swimming-pools, one of 6x12 mts. with dive zone and the other with of 4x3 mts. with hydromassage. A nice round square remembers the threshing-floor where a time the peasants struck the grain and in the evening they made festivity with songs and dances in the moon light.
