The villa is composed by two complex: the House and the Apartment for a total of about 200m2. The House is dislocated on two floors connected through a stone stairs. On the ground-floor there is a wide living-room with kitchen; 1 toilette, 1 single bedrooms with, if necessary, an additional bed and private bathroom with shower; little laundry. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an additional bed on request and private bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Also the Apartment is dislocated on two floors connected through a stone stairs. On the ground floor there is a nice wide living-room with dining place where, if you like, you can eat all together, kitchen, 1 toilette, little laudry. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower. Big terrace with tables, chairs and sunumbrellas.
