The accomodation, for 6+2 people, is comnfortable, homey and spacious and is surrounded by a large garden area with swimming-pool and an olive orch. Furthermore, many famous Tuscan cities and towns of artistic and historical value are just a short drive away, towns like Vinci, Certaldo, San Gimignano, Lucca, Siena, Volterra, Pisa, Florence. The opportunities for recreation are numerous: one can swim in the pool, go jogging or go for bike rides, take a walk in the woods or along the country roads or just do nothing at all except relax in the sun and enjoy the natural surroundings.
The House is not far from the airport of Florence (about 20 kms.) and near the speedway FI-PI-LI from where it is possible to reach easly the most important art cities of Tuscany as Florence, Pisa, Siena and Livorno.
The Farm offers the possibility of a free visit to the artisan factory of ceramics of ownership of the family. The factory is situated in neighbour town of Montelupo Fiorentino where you can also find the Museum of the ceramics.
The present structure was born from the restoration of an ancient farm house. During the restoration they have preserved the original characteristics of tall ceilings with wood beams.
The house, comforting and spacious, is surrounded by an ample garden with olive tree orch and there is a great swimming pool. It is endowed with 2 appartments for a total of 110 m2 and can accomodate 6+2 people, it has 2 kitchens, 3 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa-bed in the living-room, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 service bathroom.
